At the turn of the century, Hull House in Boston was home to a girls club focused on teaching life skills and cultural enrichment. Their Saturday group of young women concentrated on making and decorating pottery to be sold in the Bowl Shop of their Paul Revere Pottery studio. The charm and whimsy of Saturday Evening Girls (SEG) pottery have enchanted collectors for years. We hope you enjoy the traditional themes we have chosen for our SEG pieces. |
